In August 2011, Michael completed a home inspection for us when we were trying to buy a house. His work is thorough, clearly explained in detail and in terms we could easily understand, and supported with pictures. He took the time to sit down with us when he was done and gave us an initial report of findings, supported with the pictures he took and answered all of our questions immediately and clearly. He explained the good, the bad, and the ugly with due diligence and care. We felt that he had our best interests at heart and wanted to be sure we knew what we were buying based on his findings so that we could make an educated decision on whether or not to buy the house in question. He followed up with a formal, written report supported with pictures that we were able to access from a secure, password-protected website with ease.

Michael was easily accessible on short notice to come to meet us when we needed him. He was recommended to us by a friend who had used his services and said he was very thorough.
