What is included in my inspection?

I can do a list (boring for customer) and I adhere to the ASHI standards. This hopefully would be a good link that has an interactive video that provides a visual summary. If this does not work I will provide a list.

How much does the inspection cost?

Every structure is unique. Price is determined on the following criteria: Location, when built (age), square footage, type of foundation (basement, crawlspace or slab) etc. Phone call will be needed for exact cost.

Are you Licensed/Insured?

Yes, and also an ASHI certified inspector

Do you have Lockbox (Supra) access?

Yes. This required passing a criminal background check.

How Long will the inspection take?

Roughly 2 -3 hours more or less depending on size and other variables. After the inspection, I will do a “presentation” where I review the findings with you and pictures of the home.

When will I get my Inspection report?

Inspection Reports are usually delivered within 24-28 hours of your inspection by email.

What is your Background/Experience/Certifications?

Over 30 years experience in the Residential Construction Industry. “Hands on and in the field” experience that no classroom can teach. Certified Training and Completion of the National Home Inspector Exam. Proud to be a Member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). ASHI #246552. ASHI is the ONLY HOME INSPECTION ORGINATION THAT IS ACCREDITED. Required to have a Minimum of 20 hours of Continuing Education per year.

Do you check for Termites?

Yes, I look for any type of intrusion to the structure, insects, rodents etc. I always recommend securing a “Termite Letter/Bond” from a licensed Pest Control company.

Can you do Radon Gas and or Mold Testing?

Yes. These are feed paid additional services.
